For established service businesses in the UAE

I find out why your customers choose you, then build your brand, website and enquiry handling around it.

Your customers should see why to choose you before they ask for a price.

The whole project: aiming for 30 working days, with calendar dates in your proposal. Your delays move the dates.

01

Where you end up

  • More of the right customers trust you enough to get in touch, and reach someone who follows up.

  • Your customers quickly see past jobs like theirs, on their phone.

  • They see why to choose you before they ask for a price, and the one next step to take.

  • Your team opens one list. Each new enquiry from the place we connect shows who has it and what’s next.

  • You see which follow-ups are late, in one place.

In short: I make your good work easy to see, your service easy to choose and enquiries easy to handle.

That’s the aim. What I promise is further down.

02

Is this for you?

It fits if you can say yes to these:

  • You run a service business in the UAE, with recent finished jobs and proof customers were happy.
  • You’re the owner or general manager, you want more or better-suited work, and you can approve a project.
  • Winning a few more serious enquiries would make a real financial difference.
  • Something gets in the way: showing your work, explaining your service, sorting serious enquiries or following up.
  • You have room for more work, and one named person will answer new enquiries.

Not a fit:

  • Most of your work comes through tenders.
  • You have no room for more work right now.

Most of your work comes from referrals? That’s fine. Referred customers may still want to see proof.

03

What gets in the way today

Your customers take the same few steps before they buy. Good work can get lost at any of them.

  1. They find you.

Through Google, social media or a friend. Your recent work may not be where they look.

Step 2: Your work, easy to see
  2. They look closer.

They look for a job like theirs. They can’t quickly see it, or how to start.

Step 2: Your work, easy to see
  3. They compare.

They put you next to others. With no clear reason to choose you, only price is left.

Step 1: Why customers choose you
  4. They get in touch.

The message reaches whoever sees it first, and nobody else knows it arrived.

Step 2: How a new enquiry reaches the right person
  5. They wait.

Nobody is sure who should reply. The follow-up depends on someone remembering.

Step 2: How a new enquiry reaches the right person
  6. They get a quote.

Then they go quiet, and nobody notices the follow-up is late.

Step 2: How a new enquiry reaches the right person

And on your side:

  1. Your team gets a new tool.

If nobody can run it, it stops being used.

    Step 3: Yours to run

04

The whole project in 3 steps

Your project moves one step at a time. You see what Step 1 gives you before you decide on the build.

Step 1: See it first

I find out why customers choose you. Then you see a first draft of your words and a preview of your pages.

You pay:
the first payment.
You get:
why customers choose you, the service to lead with, your draft words and a preview of your pages.
You do:
give me access to your recent enquiries and quotes, and name one person who says yes.
You decide:
whether to go on to Step 2.

Step 2: Build it

Once you approve the plan, I build your look, your pages and how new enquiries reach the right person.

You pay:
the second payment.
You get:
your look, your pages, profiles that match, your first messages and one list for new enquiries.
You do:
send your feedback in up to 2 rounds.
You decide:
whether the designs and words are right.

Step 3: Check it, then pay the rest

The checks we agreed at the start must all pass before you pay the last part.

You pay:
the last payment, only after the checks pass.
You get:
training, the written steps, your files and logins, plus 30 days of fixes to faults in what I built.
You do:
make time for the training. Your staff member shows they can run it.
You decide:
the checks, with me, at the start.

05

Step 1: See it first

Your customers chose you for a reason. I find out why, then show you a first draft of your words and pages.

Why customers choose you

Sound familiar? You do good work, but people compare you on price.

What I do

  • I look at 3 businesses your customers compare you with.
  • I go through your past work and the proof you already have.
  • I read your last 10 enquiries, from any channel, and your recent quotes. Screenshots with your customers’ details hidden are fine.
  • I learn from up to 3 conversations with your customers, arranged by you.
  • From all of this, I find out 3 things:
    1. what makes a customer start looking
    2. what worries them before they get in touch
    3. what they need to see before they trust you
You pay:
the first payment. It counts toward the total.
You do:
  • give me access to your recent enquiries and quotes, and the proof you already have
  • name one person who can say yes
  • arrange up to 3 customer conversations, if you can
You decide:
whether to go on to Step 2.

You get, 7 working days after I have what we agreed, before you pay for the build:

  • The one service to lead with, and the customer it’s for. I recommend them, and the person who says yes for you approves them.

  • Why customers choose you, in a short written summary you can read on your phone. It covers what worries them, what they need to see before they trust you and how 3 competitors present the same service. It also shows which of your proof goes on which page, and the pages to build, each with its job.

  • A first draft of the words that say why customers should choose you.

  • A clickable preview of your main page, made from the draft words, to tap through on your phone. It’s labelled “Preview. Not connected to your real systems.” and has no working form. You keep the preview files for good, and the preview link stays live for 90 days.

So you can see the direction and judge it yourself, then decide whether to build it.

The limits

  • What I find decides what I build.
  • The build starts only after your yes to the plan.

Keep it if you stop.

Stop after Step 1 and you keep what I made. You’re not committed to anything more.

06

Step 2: Build it

Your yes to the plan starts the build. I build 3 things: your look, your pages and how new enquiries reach the right person.

After Step 1, you get in writing what I’ll build and what’s included. When you say yes to it in writing, the second payment is due and the build starts.

You pay:
the second payment.
You get:
your look, your pages, profiles that match, your first messages and one list for new enquiries.
You do:
  • send your feedback in up to 2 rounds, with all of it sent together
  • give me access to your Google listing and social profiles, where it makes sense
  • name the person who will answer new enquiries
You decide:
whether the designs and words are right. Silence is never a yes.

2.1

One message, one look

Sound familiar? You don’t look or sound like the company you actually are.

What I do

  • I write the words that say why to choose you.
  • I set one look: fonts, colours, photo style, layout and how your words sound.

What you get

  • Your pages, the service card and your 3 ready-to-send messages or posts, all looking and sounding like one company.
  • 2 rounds of changes, with all your feedback sent together.

So customers see the company you actually are, on your pages, your profiles and your messages.

The limits

  • Your logo and what customers already know you by stay, unless the research shows a reason to change them.
  • I use the photos you already have.

2.2

Your work, easy to see

Sound familiar? Customers can’t quickly see the right work, or how to start.

What I do

  • I build up to 5 pages made for phones, each doing one job.
  • I show up to 3 real stories from your work, from material you already have.
  • I give your customer one clear next step, such as asking for a quote or a visit.
  • Your pages are written in the main language your customers use. A second language is quoted before you sign.

Your new pages go live on your own web address, in an account in your name. I build them on a common website builder your staff can edit without code. Step 1 settles which one, and whether the new pages replace your current site or sit beside it. Your current site stays up until the new pages pass the checks.

Profiles that match

  • Your Google listing and 2 existing social profiles, updated to match where it makes sense and you give access.
  • Your Google listing is the one people see on Google Search and Maps.
  • Google approval and ranking are not promised.

Your first messages, ready

  • The service card: a ready-to-send summary of your service, with proof.
  • 3 ready-to-send messages or posts for one way you already reach people, such as your Google listing.

So customers who look closer see work like theirs, and know what to do next.

The limits

  • A new website doesn’t bring visitors by itself. That’s why your first messages are part of the project.

2.3

How a new enquiry reaches the right person

Sound familiar? Your enquiries arrive in different places, and follow-up depends on memory.

Before Illustration

Monday, 10:14. A new enquiry arrives through the website form: “Hi, I saw your work. How much would it cost to start next month?”

It lands in an inbox 2 colleagues share. Each thinks the other one replied.

Thursday. Still no reply. The customer asks someone else for a price.

After Illustration

  • New enquiry: Monday, 10:14
  • Needs: a price, and wants to start next month
  • Came from: website form
  • Given to: Sara
  • Next step: call back to book a visit, by Tuesday
  • Late? Marked late if the next step isn’t ticked off by Tuesday.
Sara

What I do

  • Your enquiries come in from different places. I connect one of them to one list for new enquiries. I recommend which one from the research, based on where most of your enquiries really arrive, and you approve it. By default, it’s your website enquiry form, because I can record and test that reliably.
  • The list can be a tool you already use, if it works. If you have none, I open a simple one in your name, and you see any monthly cost before you sign.
  • For each new enquiry from that place, the list shows 5 things:
    1. what the customer needs
    2. where it came from
    3. one named person who handles it
    4. the next step
    5. whether the follow-up is late
  • To record what the customer needs, I set up 3 short questions: what they need, where, and when they want to start. I adjust them to your service, and write a first reply your team can send.
  • Your other contact details, like your phone number, stay clearly shown. Messages sent that way don’t go into the list.

What you get

  • One list for new enquiries from the connected place, each with a named person and a next step.

What about WhatsApp? A WhatsApp button opens a chat, but it doesn’t save that chat to your enquiry list. Connecting WhatsApp properly needs its own approval, and it has running costs. So WhatsApp isn’t the connected place by default. A proper connection is quoted separately, and its usage charges are paid from your own account. Your team still gets the 3 questions and the first reply as saved WhatsApp replies.

So you can see who is handling each new enquiry from that place, and which follow-ups are late.

The limits

  • Only the connected place is recorded in the list.

Where an AI helper fits, and where it doesn’t

I add at most one AI helper, and only if 3 things are true:

  • the task repeats often
  • there is reliable material to work from
  • the benefit can be measured
  • For example, a short summary of the key facts in each enquiry.
  • Or a first draft of a reply, from facts you’ve approved, for a person to check.
  • Simple rules and reminders may be enough.
  • A person checks its drafts. It never replies to customers on its own.
  • Any running cost for it is quoted openly and kept separate from my fee.

07

Step 3: Check it, then pay the rest

Your staff member should be able to run this themselves. Step 3 checks that, before your last payment.

Yours to run

Sound familiar? You don’t want another system nobody uses.

What I do

  • I train you, or the person who will run it.
  • I write down the steps.
  • I test it with enquiries like real ones, including odd or incomplete ones.
You pay:
the last payment, only after the checks we agreed at the start all pass.
You get:
  • the written steps
  • files you can change yourself, and the logins. Your Step 1 files come with Step 1, and the rest at handover. Every account is in your name from day one, so no logins are held back.
  • 30 days of fixes to faults in what I built, after the checks pass. A fault is something I delivered that doesn’t work as agreed in your proposal. Anything new or different is a change, quoted separately.
You do:
make time for the training. Your staff member shows they can run it.
You decide:
the checks, with me, at the start. Your last payment waits until they all pass.

So you can run it yourselves after I hand it over.

3 of the checks we agree at the start:

  • Every contact button and link goes to the right place.
  • Each test enquiry appears in your list once, given to a named person.
  • Your staff member runs it themselves.

The full list is in the promise below.

How long it takes, and what I need from you

Your project moves through 6 stops, in this order. Here is each one, and what I need from you.

7

Step 1: 7 working days after I have what we agreed.

30

Whole project: aiming for 30 working days, including those 7.

You get calendar dates in your written proposal.

The timeline

  1. I have what we agreed. The clock starts.

  2. Step 1 results. You see why customers choose you, a first draft of your words and a preview of your pages.

  3. Your yes to the plan. The build starts.

  4. Your feedback. Up to 2 rounds, with all your feedback sent together.

  5. Training, handover and the checks. Your staff member runs it themselves.

  6. The checks pass. Your last payment is due. Then 30 days of fixes to faults in what I built.

The clock rules

  • The clock starts when I have the access and material we agreed, and the person who says yes is available.
  • Working days are Monday to Friday. UAE public holidays don’t count.
  • If a delay comes from your side or an outside supplier, the dates move, and I write down why.
  • Silence is never a yes.

What I need from you

  • one person who can say yes
  • one named person who will answer new enquiries
  • access to your recent enquiries and quotes, and the proof you already have
  • up to 3 customers who will talk, if you can arrange it
  • access to your Google listing and social profiles, where it makes sense
  • the photos you already have
  • time for you, or the person who’ll run it, to be trained

One person does the research, design, build and handover.

09

What it costs

Your payments follow the 3 steps. You commit one step at a time.

The whole project, in 3 payments

  • Your Step 1 payment counts toward the total.

10

What you keep

Your business keeps all of this when the project ends:

  • your pages
  • files you can change yourself
  • the service card, a ready-to-send summary of your service, with proof
  • 3 ready-to-send messages or posts
  • the 3 questions for new enquiries and a first reply, also saved as WhatsApp replies
  • the written steps, for the person who runs it
  • the logins
  • what I made in Step 1, even if you stop there

All in accounts in your name, from day one.

11

The Checks-First Promise

You pay the last part when it all works

Why I work this way: you shouldn’t pay in full for something you haven’t seen working.

  • Your last payment waits until the checks we agree at the start all pass.

  • If my work fails a check, I fix it at no charge for my work.

  • After the checks pass, I fix faults in what I built for 30 days.

  • Stop after Step 1 and you keep what I made. Keep it if you stop

Fixes never use up your 2 rounds of changes. If a fix needs a paid outside service because of my mistake, I pay for it. Running costs you chose stay yours.

What we check before the last payment

The checks are written into your proposal before your first payment. Every project has the same checks, and only the details change. They include:

  • The pages you approved are live on your own web address, in your account.
  • Every contact button and link goes to the right place.
  • Each test enquiry appears in your list once, given to a named person.
  • Each test enquiry gets a next step.
  • I show what happens if something breaks: a warning, or a way to handle it by hand.
  • Your staff member runs it themselves.
  • You have the files and the logins.
  • Every claim on your service card and your 3 messages is backed by proof you gave me, and you approved them.
  • Odd or incomplete enquiries are tested too.
  • If there’s an AI helper, its drafts are checked too.

I run the checks on a video call while the person who says yes for you watches. Your staff member handles at least 5 test enquiries themselves, and at least one is odd or incomplete. A check passes only when it’s ticked off exactly as written.

What a check doesn’t prove

  • An automatic “we got your message” doesn’t count as a reply.
  • A reminder in the system doesn’t prove anyone followed up.

What I don’t promise: a number of enquiries, sales or revenue, where you rank in search, or Google approving your listing.

12

Not included (quoted separately)

Your price covers the 3 steps above. Anything on this list is quoted separately, if you need it.

  • a new logo or full rebrand
  • photo shoots
  • a second language
  • moving a large or complicated site
  • connecting extra tools
  • a proper WhatsApp connection
  • software that runs your whole business
  • moving your accounts to new software
  • an AI that sells or replies on its own
  • work for several teams
  • general IT help
  • finding new customers from scratch
  • outside running costs

13

Illustration, not a forecast

How many extra jobs cover the cost?

Your own numbers answer this better than mine.

  1. Take what the project costs, plus any extra running costs.
  2. Divide it by what one extra job leaves you after its direct costs.
  3. The answer is how many extra jobs cover the cost.

Direct costs are what that one job costs you to do, such as materials and staff time.

Example: AED 18,000 ÷ AED 6,000 per job = 3 extra jobs, before any extra running costs. At AED 600 per job, it’s 30 jobs.

This doesn’t predict those jobs, or show the project caused them.

Send me your own figure and I’ll work it out for you.

Who you’ll work with, and how we start

Abdullah Adel
Abdullah Adel
  • CMO (head of marketing) at Vianova, a real-estate brokerage in Abu Dhabi.
  • CMO and CTO (head of marketing and technology) at Alomar, a gold-jewellery business in Jordan.

One person does the research, design, build and handover.

I don’t promise a number of enquiries or sales.

I’m based in Jordan and work with UAE businesses remotely.

How we start

  1. You message me.
  2. I ask about one recent enquiry.
  3. If it fits, I send a written proposal with calendar dates.

15

Questions owners ask

Someone quoted me much less for a site and logo. Why the difference?

They may suit you if you only need a site. This job also covers why customers choose you and what happens after they enquire.

What if I stop after Step 1?

Stop after Step 1 and you keep what I made. You’re not committed to anything more, and nothing sits in an account you don’t own.

Can you just quote me the website?

Yes, but before the research it’s a guess about what your pages must say. Step 1 settles that, and its payment counts toward the total.

What about WhatsApp?

A WhatsApp button opens a chat, but it doesn’t save that chat to your enquiry list. A proper connection needs its own approval and has running costs, so it’s quoted separately.

English, Arabic or both?

Your pages are written in the main language your customers use. A second language is quoted before you sign.

Will this bring me visitors or enquiries?

A website alone doesn’t bring visitors, so the project includes 3 ready-to-send messages or posts. I don’t promise a number of enquiries or sales.

Will you guarantee more enquiries?

No. I promise working pages, your service card and messages, and enquiry handling that passes the checks we agree, not a number of enquiries or sales.

Is there a monthly fee?

There’s no required monthly fee to me. Outside costs, like hosting, software and messaging, are quoted openly and kept separate from my fee.

Who owns the accounts?

You do. Every account is opened in your name from day one: your domain, hosting, website builder, form, enquiry tool and messaging, and I work through access you give me.

Will my current website stop working?

No, it stays up until your new pages pass the checks. Step 1 settles whether the new pages replace it or sit beside it.

Which platform do you build on, and can my staff edit it?

A common website builder your staff can edit without code, on your own web address and in an account in your name. Step 1 settles which one.

Do we meet in person?

No, we meet by video call. I’m based in Jordan and work with UAE businesses remotely.
