How I use your details

Last updated: 29 September 2026

The short version

  • I use your details to reply to you and to prepare what you ask me for.
  • If we work together, I also use them for the project.
  • I keep notes on our conversations, and AI tools help me draft replies.
  • I never sell your details.
  • You can ask to see or delete them at any time, with 2 exceptions listed below.

This note covers the home page, the pages in the top menu and any page that links here.

What I collect and why

Your details reach me in different ways. I use them to reply to you and to prepare what you ask for.

  • The Get in touch form: what you need, for which service and when, your name, and your WhatsApp number or email.
  • WhatsApp: your number, your WhatsApp name and photo, and what you send, including voice notes, photos and files.
  • LinkedIn: your name, your public profile and what you write or send.
  • Email: your email address and what you send, including attachments.
  • A booked call: your name, email and time zone, the time you pick and any answers you give.

If I messaged you first

  • I keep your name, role and business, what I saw that made me write, and our messages.
  • Tell me to stop, and I won't contact you or anyone at your business again.

Your customers' details

When you show me an enquiry, please hide your customer's name and number first. I don't need them to help you.

What I never do

  • I never sell your details.

Where it's kept

Your details are kept in the places below. AI tools help me draft replies, but I read every message and approve every reply myself.

How to see or delete it

Send me one message asking to see your details, or to delete them. You don't need to give a reason.

  • Email: contact@rubikn.com
  • WhatsApp: +962 79 921 0542

On a phone, you can also tap WhatsApp Abdullah at the bottom of the screen.

  • LinkedIn: reply in our conversation.
  • Or use any way listed on Get in touch.

If you ask to see them, I send you a copy of what I have. I send it only on the channel you used with me before.

2 things I still keep

  1. A short note of your request, so I never contact you or your business again.
  2. If we worked together, the contract and invoices, for as long as the law requires.

Deleting our WhatsApp or LinkedIn chat removes my copy only. Yours stays with you.

Who is responsible

The company responsible for your details is Ulmaz LLC, registered in Delaware, USA. I sign for it.
